Repeat Prescriptions

It is important when requesting a repeat prescription that as much information as possible is given to the administration staff to ensure all patient details are correct. Some patients medications can change over time so it is important to keep note of changes and amend requested prescription lists where possible as this avoids waste, over ordering and ensures the patient is on medication best suited to their condition.

  • Repeat prescriptions are issued for a maximum of 6 months
